Your Gateway Needs Attention

Your primary internet connection is not active.

Your CUJO-powered gateway has detected that your DOCSIS connection is offline. You may currently be using a backup connection, which may have reduced speeds or additional charges on your account.

To restore your connection:

  1. Check that the coax cable is firmly connected to the back of your Spectrum gateway.
  2. Check that the other end of the coax cable is connected to the wall outlet.
  3. Wait 2–3 minutes for your gateway to reconnect automatically.
  4. If the problem continues, call Spectrum Support: 1-833-267-6094
