Your Gateway Needs Attention
Your primary internet connection is not active.
Your CUJO-powered gateway has detected that your DOCSIS connection is offline. You may currently be using a backup connection, which may have reduced speeds or additional charges on your account.
To restore your connection:
- Check that the coax cable is firmly connected to the back of your Spectrum gateway.
- Check that the other end of the coax cable is connected to the wall outlet.
- Wait 2–3 minutes for your gateway to reconnect automatically.
